Refund Policy

Returns for Unwanted Item(s)

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by our support staff before you send anything back.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return for a full refund or an exchange.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused and in the original packaging.
  • Please include your full name, return address, and order number inside the parcel. Unidentified parcels are held for 14 days.
  • Return shipping costs for unwanted items are non-refundable at this time; customers are responsible for return postage.

Please keep your proof of return postage in case the parcel is delayed or lost by the carrier.


Cancelled Orders

If you place an order and wish to cancel before it ships, we offer a 6-hour cancellation window. After this window your order will likely have entered fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Email us at contact.dreeze@proton.me with the subject “Cancel Order” and include your order number.

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Most refunds post within 3–5 business days, though some payment providers may take longer.

Orders already handed to the carrier cannot be canceled. Please allow delivery and then return the goods to the returns address above. If a customer refuses delivery and the carrier disposes of the parcel, we cannot issue a refund. Contact support to initiate a return if delivery cannot be accepted.


Damaged Goods / Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • If something is missing, note that larger orders may ship in multiple parcels. We will verify with our warehouse and check carrier weight scans.
  • Please provide clear photos/videos of any damage or packing slip discrepancies.
  • Defective or damaged items must be sent to our U.S. returns center for inspection. Once confirmed faulty, we will issue a full refund including reasonable return postage (or send a replacement, per your preference).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to email us with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. We’ll confirm stock and ship the replacement ASAP. Exchanges must be requested within the 30-day window.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks/card issuers typically post refunds within 3–5 business days.


Parcels Returned to Sender / Not Collected

If the carrier cannot deliver and directs you to a local pickup point, please collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier (often ~7 days).

  • Incorrect address at checkout: If a parcel is marked “returned to sender” due to an incorrect or insufficient address, carriers in many lanes do not return the parcel to us and may dispose of it. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Not at home / pickup notice left: It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel from the local office within the grace period. Uncollected parcels may be disposed of by the carrier and are non-refundable.

Lost / Stolen Parcels

If you believe your parcel is lost or stolen, contact us and we will verify the shipping address provided at checkout and liaise with our logistics partners to investigate.


Shipping & Delivery Timing

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days from dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

We also offer Priority Processing as an optional upgrade to move your order to the front of the warehouse queue (this does not change the carrier’s transit time).
